Activity Central was founded in early 2010 to address the software related challenges repeatedly encountered in OLPC initiatives and other projects using the Sugar learning platform. Our vision is to provide them with appropriate and cost effective services and software solutions. We achieve this by leveraging open source methodologies combined with a deep understanding of the many issues faced by such projects.

By drawing on their experiences working with a variety of projects our diverse team is continually improving our services and solutions. This benefits our clients by enabling them to work on solid and proven foundations rather than having to reinvent the wheel. Additionally it frees up valuable resources to focus on a project’s educational aspects.
